1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350°
In a medium bowl, cream butter and vanilla until smooth.
Combine the powdered sugar, flour, and salt; stir into the
butter mixture until just blended.
Mix in the chopped nuts. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and
place them 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes. When cool, roll in remaining powdered
